Helpdesk (2009)


Development of the public helpdesk site, as well as content creation and integration in the existing public site. The helpdesk site is written in PHP.

An existing layout already existed, only a framework to easily input and maintain articles was required.

Because of the static nature, a file-system structure was chosen instead of a database. An additional advantage is a lower server load and optimal use of caching.

Navigation has been kept clear and a lot of images were used to explain everything as clearly as possible to the user.

PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS.

David Geens David is a technical consultant who has eye for details, knows his stuff and he does his job beyond average expectations. However it was briefly we worked together, I appreciate David for his skills and personality.
